WHEN IS THE MEMORIAL OPEN? DO YOU HAVE REGULAR HOURS?

The Memorial is open every day, 365 days a year, from 10 a.m. until Sunset.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE TICKETS TO THE MEMORIAL?

Tickets are not required. The Memorial is free and completely outdoors. A donation may be made at holocaustmemorialmiamibeach.org/support/donate or at the Information Center at the Memorial.

HOW DO I GET TO THE MEMORIAL & WHERE DO I PARK?

The Memorial is located at 1933-45 Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

Driving Directions to the Memorial

From the North: Take I-95 south to I-195-East/Julia Tuttle Causeway. Exit to the right onto Alton Road. Turn left on Dade Boulevard. Turn left on Meridian Avenue. The Memorial will be on the left.

From the South: Take I-95 north to I-395-East/MacArthur Causeway. Exit on the left onto Alton Road. Turn right on 17th Street. Turn Left on Meridian Avenue. The Memorial will be on the right.

Parking

City metered parking is available on Elie Wiesel Way (also called 19th Street) or in the parking lot on Elie Wiesel Way (19th Street), which is directly behind the Memorial. Additional municipal parking is available on 17th Street at the Miami Beach 17th Street Garage - 640 17th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?

Masks are not required.

DO I HAVE TO PRESENT A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST OR PROOF OF VACCINATION TO VISIT THE MEMORIAL?

Visitors to the Memorial do not have to provide proof of negative COVID-19 tests or voluntary proof of vaccination.

IS FOOD ALLOWED AT THE MEMORIAL?

The Memorial would prefer no food on the property.

WHAT IS THE SUGGESTED AGE FOR VISITING THE MEMORIAL?

Age 10 and older is the recommended age for visiting the Memorial.

IS THERE A GUIDED TOUR OR AUDIO TOUR?

There is an audio tour for individual visitors. You can download the audio tour on your iPhone by clicking here or on your Android by clicking here.

If you would like to bring a group of 10 or more from your school or organization, please click here to fill out your information, and we will contact you to make arrangements for the group visit.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO WALK AROUND THE MEMORIAL?

It takes about 90 minutes to walk around the Memorial.

DOES THE MEMORIAL FOLLOW CDC AND WHO GUIDELINES?

Yes, we continually monitor the CDC, WHO, Miami-Dade County and City of Miami Beach guidelines to ensure all policies and protocols are implemented accurately and effectively.

ARE BICYCLES ALLOWED AT THE MEMORIAL?

Bicycles are not permitted at the Memorial.

ARE PETS PERMITTED AT THE MEMORIAL?

Pets are not allowed at the Memorial. If you have a service dog, please email info@holocaustmemorialmiamibeach.org
